101Ferrero Rocher Milkshake & Sticky Chocolate Brownies
Chocolate Brownies:
Ingredients
▢200g unsalted butter
▢200 g Chocolate Chips dark/milk (I used milk)
▢175g brown sugar , loosely packed
▢3 eggs , lightly beaten
▢1 tsp vanilla extract
▢75g plain flour
▢30g cocoa powder
▢Pinch of salt
▢180g dark chocolate block/bar - I used swiss chocolate
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F (160°C fan forced).
2. Butter a 20cm/8" square tin and line with baking/parchment paper with overhang
3. Place butter and chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl, microwave in 30 second bursts (takes me 1min) until melted. Stir until smooth.
4. Add sugar and vanilla, mix, then add eggs and mix well until smooth and molten.
5. Add flour, cocoa and salt and stir until smooth. Stir in chopped chocolate, pour into pan.
6. Bake 24 minutes for really gooey in the center, 28 minutes for fudgy but still very moist or 32 minutes for moist fudge-cake-like.
Milkshake
Ingredients:
▢ 400ML Milk
▢ 1.5Litres of Vanilla Ice-cream
▢ 9 Ferrero Rocher chocolates
▢ 3Tbps Nutella
Instructions:
1. Mix milk with ferrero rocher in blender
2. add ice-cream and blend
3. add nutella until mixed and enjoy!
