Rairyuu is a Gunner, a thief and a red mage, his main role is that of a sniper with disabling effects.

He can reach 9 range but his hp pool is quite low, good agility, good crit rate.

Didn't really impress me because of how pve has horrendous immunities to statuses.

Should you 120 him? Up to you, i would say he doesn't bring anything unique to the table because the only thing he excels at is blocked by immunities.
