295Triple materia growth. You need the Mountain or Gold Chocobo to reach the Ancient Forest. Location just to the right of Cosmo Canyon. Once inside pickup Supershot ST, then bring 3 frogs close to the frog traps feed them and jump across. Get Spring gun clip. Next area take frog and jump up vine then feed the next trap to jump across. Pickup big frog use on left trap to spring yourself up towards hive. Get hive throw in big trap to get Slash all Materia. Now big frog again right trap to move to next area. Feed the next 2 traps 2 frogs then from up in the trees then climb down to get the Minerva band then repeat steps until you get to forest top then get typhoon materia. Then climb down tree area and place the next frog in trap get the hive and place in big trap. Use the other small frog to cross gap and place the other small frog by free to get a big frog. If you do not make it in time there is still an extra small frog place that in trap again jump back over and use the big frog in the far right trap to spring you to next area and then collect both the Apocalypse sword and an Elixer.
