This minigame is all about having the right approach. I accidentally discovered that you bring forward unused cards to the next round in my early attempts which led to this simple but very effective strategy. .

I actually had pretty poor card RNG but still managed to absolutely crush the score requirement. With optimal cards and play you can hit close to 90 points (my first attempt got 89 score, but I forgot to record it), but that's way overkill
