After the events at Timber and the Train boss fight get dropped off at East Academy Station and then run to Dollet if you got the Queen to travel here like in part one video she will be in the bar. Talk to her about her Father then save and play her son to get MiniMog back and she will tell you the Kiros card is located in Deling City and that she now wants a Sacred Card. If you want to Abolish Random rule here search it up there is a good video on how to get rid of the rule so you can choose the cards yourself. Or Save and keep trying with the random rule.
