FF8 Remix in FF16 Style - Don't Be Afraid vs. Sixteen Bells

Arrangement of "Don't Be Afraid" from Final Fantasy VIII, in the style of Final Fantasy XVI soundtrack.
The starting segments of Sixteen Bells shares a lot of similarities with Don't Be Afraid already, the chromatic "James Bond" style chord progression, and the 5/4 rhythm. I love both tracks, so it was a fun challenge to mesh them together as much as possible.
First half follows DBA's formula, mostly with some additions and melody switches. SB alternates between 6/4 and 5/4 in the intro, and I wanted to mimic the tension the erratic switches create. I tried to add some FF16 style melodies on top of DBA parts, while keeping the core components similar.
Into the part with the menacing low piano, the arrangement slowly shifts closer to SB. The melodies are mostly the same as DBA, but the track reaches its' climax with a melodic homage to Sixteen Bells.
The quieter "outro" has a little nod to Force Your Way, and some original melodies (Don't Be Afraid doesn't really have memorable melodies near the end).
