The strategy is to instantly summon Esper using Ace & Queen. So I use:
Shatal to cover Olive. 100% ice+water resist, and equipped with Pod 153
Gladiolus to cover Ace. Also same setting with Shatal
Loren to massive break, LB fill. 100% ice+water resist
Olive with Alexander esper and 100% Aquan killer
Queen with 100% ice resist, so she can survive odd turn, also has 50% Aquan killer
Ace with Ramuh esper.

This video used item extensively.

It will be better to use AOE physical tank (full evasion) and Celes to seal the magic each turn. Then one turn kill aka OTK with strong finisher
