FFRK FF13 'Time's Arrow' EVENT - Piercing the Veil + (Gogmagog)
099 difficultly boss fights against Gogmagog, in the FF13 realm event 'Time's Arrow', on Final Fantasy Record Keeper (global version on android).
Both fights with Gogmagog aren't much different from eachother. He attacks consist of normal physical hits, non-elemental single target hitting magic Ruin, and Swipe, a full-party hitting physical attack.
The main difference between the 2 fights are that when you face him the second time, he uses a temporary "Causality Barrier" to raise his physical defense, that breaks once enough damage is dealt. Infact, depending on the damage you're throwing at him, most of the 2nd fight, all he'll do is keep putting this barrier up and down, barely making any actual attacks himself.
Since he does use physical and magic attacks though, general defensive buffs are recommended.. just Shellga and Power Breakdown were actually enough for me.
1st fight's only target score is to lower his physical attack. There's a whole list of ways to do that, and any will do.
2nd fight's only target score is to inflict slow. Slowga or Tempo Flurry will get that done easy.
He can be Slowed in both fights, not just the 2nd. In the 2nd, it's just target score, too. He can also be poisoned in both fights, but doing so is a matter of choice.
