There are many unused random battles in the game, but there's nothing special about most of them. I've already shown you the most special ones in another video. There's one battle that cannot be escaped, but it was probably part of the church escape where Aerith must fight un-escapable battles if you screw up. This video covers all the battles on the world map, all the battles in Midgar and some battle arena battles.
