Yes, it's No Limit Breaks. Not a big surprise, but it could have been Defensive Limits Only as well. Or something else. Only it wasn't. The last rule will be revealed in the next video after someone guesses it. Previous guesses don't count.

What can be said about the battle? Once again, I'm very limited, so I have to toss more 'nades, but I also use some Bolt for variety. However, the disadvantage of low HP is beginning to show, and Cloud wouldn't have survived Rolling Fire without Sadness and Elemental=Fire in his armor.
