As usual, this isn't too hard if you know his AI. This is the attack pattern:

1. Attack / Aurora Fence
2. Attack / Bolt3 (core + right arm)
3. Attack / Quake3 (core + left arm)
4. Attack / Stigma (core + head) / Heartless Angel (head only)
5. Nothing
6. Nothing
7. Attack / Ice3 (core + right arm)
8. Attack / Fire3 (core + left arm)
Repeat.

The parentheses show what parts need to be alive for him to use those attacks. The head will be revived within 1 to 3 attacks after it has been killed, while the arms will be revived on turn 1 if they've been dead for more than 8 turns. The only attack you don't want to see here is Stigma, so make sure to kill the head just before the 4th turn to prevent him from using it. If you kill it too soon, he might revive it just in turn for Stigma and that's gonna hurt. It's survivable with Big Guard, but there's no other need for Big Guard in this battle, so I decided not to use it at all.

As usual, the Core must be taken out before he stops healing the body, and the arms must be taken out before you can do damage to the Core. Once the Core is gone, you want to keep the head alive for Heartless Angel, as it reduces the whole party's HP to 1 and that's obviously good for ????. Since he only uses single target attacks, there's no real risk of being killed as long as you don't enter your attacks too early. There's no need to worry about having everyone alive when he dies, as Safer-Sephiroth will use Wall on his first turn.

Bizarro Sephiroth only has 400 MP, but this is reset every turn, so his MP is technically infinite. Why I used Barret and Red? I'll never tell you that! With this fuckface gone, only one more battle remains.
