FFVII Rebirth: Cheesy Tifa Combat Setup with Plasma Discharge usable by end of Chapter 2!
10First off, the idea came from this video showcasing Yuffie with Plasma Discharge

However I'm still early in and don't have her. So I went with Tifa instead.
You can set this up by the end of Chapter 2
Tifa setup
Enemy Skill Materia with Plasma Discharge. You get this by scanning all 16 enemies in Grasslands and then going to Chadleys training Sim: Blinded by Light.
Steal Materia Mastered. You get this in Kalm and if you equip it at the start of Chapter 2, it should be mastered by the end of it.
Steadfast Block Materia (optional)
First Strike Materia, you get this as a reward in Chadleys training Sim. It helps make setup easier.
ATB Charge Rate Up as a weapon skill
ATB Charge Rate Up in Folio
How this works:
It's easy. Just use Plasma Discharge (needs 1 ATB, First Strike Materia helps)
Then charge up one bar of ATB.
Then spam Mug non stop. Mug also provides ATB charges and with all the bonus to charge it fills ~ 1ATB bar, which procs plasma discharge and allows you to use Mug again
