Completing the fifth Cloister of Trials and getting the Destruction Sphere Treasure in Bevelle on the remastered edition of Final Fantasy X. This was the hardest one so far, requiring you to backtrack repeatedly since you can only carry one sphere at a time. On the plus side, getting the destruction sphere here is part of the story and can't be missed, since this is the only Trial you can't return to once you've completed it.

There are six Cloister of Trials you'll complete in the game as part of the story, and each one has a Destruction Sphere you'll need to find and place somewhere to access a hidden treasure. The treasures aren't that great, but if you get all six you can obtain Anima later which is freaking awesome.
