On my 1st playthrough i found Ahriman to be the hardest boss in the game, in this challenge he was even harder, he has a massive resistance to guns which makes this a long ass fight since guns are the only weapon that deal any real damage in a LLG, now there is another strategy to take him down easier which is to spam potions on him since they damage him (I think...You may need a nihopalao for some weird reason) however you'll want to use x-potions and the problem with that is i think at this point in the game you can only get them from the bazaar or enemy drops so that means more farming -.- you'd only need about 10 of them though to finish him off quickly when he starts using Maser Eye.

Now for how to go about the fight, he's easy up until his last 20% or so HP in which he'll clone himself 6x making a total of 7 Ahrimans which all do the exact same damage and skills apart from Maser Eye, they only have 700ish HP each but still thats 2 shots each at this level. Shortly after he summons the last set of clones then he'll start using Maser Eye attack which deals a ton of damage, if you forget to keep protect/shell (Not sure which one decreases its damage) then it'll do well over 1.2k damage which is nasty, that happened to me on a previous attempt and it got me killed so you can imagine how pissed i was.

Ahriman can also use Doom and Confuse which can get you killed if your not careful, unless you don't care about spamming Remedy's then you gotta keep an eye on the doom countdown which you may forget about or it may distract you from other things, if he confuses you then all it takes is for that action bar to get to the end and you can see yourself hitting the deck when 2,000+ damage pops up over your dead body, this happened to me twice too, once because i was sure i removed confuse but i guess i didn't and a 2nd time i didn't even notice i was confused, i had no idea how i took 2k damage at 1st but then later realised XD I'm not sure if you can get a confuse immunity accessory before this boss, i only know you can get one in the following city, maybe it's an enemy drop or gained from the bazaar so if that's possible then getting that and keeping it equipped would be a good idea, you could always get a Bubble Belt too but i wanted to get as far as possible without using that.
