Hi, so this is my opener and rotation for dark knight in the off tank role. It's fairly simple once you get used to it since you only really have one combo when dpsing. 2841 DPS in this video.

The opener is here: http://ffxivrotations.com/sjt

This is also going off the assumption you are using the new 30 second pots in your opener, if you are having trouble getting the bloodspiller in you can move the potion until after the first hard slash and dark arts pre pull instead but in a perfect world you'd want it at the start.

This can be somewhat changed if you are actually in a fight though because you can get a free 50 gauge at the beginning by using The Blackest Night on your co tank, pretty much the only difference mana wise though is you do not use the dark arts on the first syphon strike because that mana will go to TBN.

Still try to prioritize carve and spit over everything else to keep it on cooldown.

When it comes to dark arts syphon strike vs soul eater, using 1 dark arts of either and having the other go un-dark arts is the same potency either way so just do as you please if you're running low on mana I just usually prioritize soul eater because that's what I'm used to from dark knight in the past. As for dark arts soul eater vs bloodspiller it goes the same way but ideally you want to dark arts both of these, but if you can only dark arts one you 9 times out of 10 will dark arts the bloodspiller. The only time you don't really do that is when by doing your soul eater combo you will overcap on bar in which case it's better to just use the bloodspiller without dark arts and to lower your bar and then soul eater.
