Thanks to reviewing my previous rotation with my co tank they enlightened me on the fact that I could move delirium and blood weapon sooner to get them on cd. The vital part about this rotation is to immediately cut your second hard slash combo and go into bloodspillers. Because if you do a second syphon strike first you'll get 600 extra mana instead of the 200 you'll get by doing bloodspiller. This makes it so that you don't overcap mana which I showcased here by going up to 9800 mana instead of the 10200 you'd be at if you use syphon strike instead.
