FFXIV Quick Tips 3: Expansion of Duties Permit, How to Place Retainers
134I have had a lot of questions in my FC about how Retainers work beyond their normal duties such as how you can place one outside your FC house. In this video I demystify the enigma and show you exactly how to commission your retainer to stand outside your FC house in rain or shine. They exist to do your bidding after all. Your fellow FC members will now be able to interact with your retainer and purchase any items you have for sale. (Or in my case, make fun of her outfit and call her a boy). However it works out for you, I hope you have a kind enough heart to open your door on occasion and let your retainer come inside out of the chill.
