Lots to go over, not enough room.

I still cannot properly explain how the Active Menu Glitch occurs, but here shows evidence of it on Windows Edition 120 fps. Included Ifrit 2 since I don't I had a successful demonstration yet (infinte MP+AP+HighDmg+Invincible cheats enabled).

The basics is that you can now move around with Menus open. Both the Quick Item menu and the Map Menu work to some extent, depending on the place of the glitch.

AMG Method: After 2 Regalias, get 2 Regalia menus by Calling+Fast Travelling to a nearby point (Three Valleys). By FT on the first Regalia menu and selecting Main Menu on the 2nd, you disable some of your HUD. At this point, you want to talk to an NPC in between attempting to "return to car" until you see a black screen. Once an animation occurs and not a softlock, the AMG is enabled, and lasts until you close the application.

I messed it up and ended up disabling the background screens, but this can be renabled by starting a DLC.

Ifrit 2 skip is reserved for NG+, as the amount of MP required to perform it is too high in a typical playthrough. I do not have yet figured out how to get past the Throne Room.
