Welcome to post game! If you've completed the main story and collected all 13 Royal Arms, go to Meldacio Hunter HQ and talk to the old lady in a chair. She'll hand you the key needed to open the vault you may have stumbled upon in some of the dungeons you've previously explored. Your quest is to seek and destroy the daemons that wait deep within each vault. In this video, a menace sleeps in Balouve. This is one of the easier dungeons by far. One thing to be aware of however, is that the enemies here can steal your items when they attack.
