Field Monitor (on a budget): the £10 vehicle reversing camera monitor
1I've been building up bits and bobs for making YouTube videos over the past few months. All products featured and discussed are items I've purchased myself, and are not items I've been sent for review, nor have I been asked by any of the manufacturers or sellers to review or endorse any of these items.
There's lots of great advice out there on how to put together a good vlogging studio setup, but a lot of it I'm having to adapt (read: partially ignore) because of limited space in which to do filming, let alone to store extra kit. I also want to avoid spending silly money.
So, I'm aiming to share with you a whistlestop tour of what I'm up to, which I hope will be useful to other wannabe vloggers on a budget, to show you what's possible after some careful thought, a lot of compromise, and far too much time spent on eBay, but all without breaking the bank (at least not too much).
Part 4 covers my professional field monitor alternative. It's a vehicle reversing camera monitor. Much less fancy, but it's also a tenth of the cost, and still really looks the part.
