25Amakusa is the boss again and he's not too hard actually. You can get away with stupid things like jump attacking him most of the time. Be wary of his super though, as it will instakill you.
So yeah, you think that a game titled "Amakusa's Revenge" will have Amakusa as the final boss? HA! Dream on! Here, have a Zankuro, because you totally loved him in SamuSho3. He is even worse here. His dash punch no longer makes him vulnerable to attacks and the only way of beating him that I found is to Circle-Step around him and slash him in the back. If you're far enough, you can send Mamahaha after him, and if he jumps, follow up with Rera Mutsube. It's pretty risky as he can hit you with a hard slash, but he will miss most of the time.
Oh, Genjoru is here too. Uh... Just Circle-Step around him and slash him in the back. Attempting to do anything else will reward you with a highly-damaging attack to the face, because AI reads your inputs like an asshole.
