0Madam M is going to make sure you put in work to get her help, so she has entered you into the Colosseum tournament to win her the prize money. Head to where it’s marked on the map and go inside. Speak to the man by the door, then use the elevator to get to the waiting room.
After an intro cutscene, you can head into the waiting room to rest and buy items if you need. Leave the room and go into the room next door to find Johnny crying and all beat up. After speaking with him the intercom will go off, letting you know it’s your turn to enter the Colosseum. Speak to the guy in the cowboy hat at the end of the hallway and agree to be let in.
