RétroGaming 2.0 ;0) Vous présente "Fighting Soccer"est une conversion de pièces de monnaie et, comme son homologue d'arcade, l'action est vue d'en haut et l'écran défile pour garder la balle au centre. Vous avez une équipe de cinq joueurs dont vous contrôlez le plus proche du ballon. L'idée du jeu est de gagner une médaille d'or olympique en battant vos adversaires dans un tournoi à élimination directe. Vous pouvez utiliser toutes les compétences normales du football : dribbler, tirer et diriger, mais ce qui rend Fighting Soccer différent, c'est que vous pouvez également commettre une faute sur vos adversaires. Si vous décidez qu'une médaille olympique vaut un peu un acte criminel, vous feriez mieux de faire attention à l'arbitre toujours vigilant. En raison du facteur de difficulté que beaucoup de gens abandonneront après quelques parties, les vrais fans de football avec beaucoup de persévérance peuvent prendre du plaisir à Fighting Soccer, mais je pense que la nature répétitive du jeu peut même les atteindre après un certain temps. Si Activision espérait remporter un vainqueur avec Fighting Soccer, cet effort est bien loin des poteaux.

RétroGaming 2.0 ;0)Presents you "Fighting Soccer" is a coin-op conversion and like its arcade counterpart the action is viewed from above and the screen scrolls to keep the ball central. You have a team of five players of which you control the one nearest to the ball. The idea of the game is to win an Olympic Gold Medal by beating your opponents in a knock-out tournament. You can use all the normal football skills: dribbling, shooting and heading but what makes Fighting Soccer different is that you can also foul your opponents. If you decide that an Olympic medal is worth a bit of foul play then you'd better watch out for the ever vigilant referee. Because of the difficulty factor many people will give up after a few plays, real soccer fans with lots of perseverance may get some enjoyment from Fighting Soccer but I think that the repetitive nature of the game may even get to them after a while. If Activision hoped to net a winner with Fighting Soccer then this effort is well wide of the posts.
