Why are movies edited for TV? Are R rated movies edited for television? Are there movies you would love to show your kids but you can’t because they are too violent, or have too many swear words? Back in the day there was a thing called films edited for television.  In this video I discuss  why these versions of movies should come to streaming services. Edited versions  of films can often be found on YouTube, but there should be a legitimate way to show these copyrighted films on a streaming service  such as Disney+, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, prime, etc.  everyone talks about how streaming services are ruining versions of TV shows, and movies by editing them badly. But what if they did something and made a specific version of certain films just for kids so kids could experience the stories that we’ve all grown to love.
