237Final Destination: Bloodlines isn't just a great horror movie; it's a fantastic addition to the franchise and my personal second favorite. The deaths are as inventive and shocking as ever, the lore gets a fascinating expansion, and the characters are surprisingly likable (shoutout to the sarcastic king, Erik!). Knowing what we do now, Tony Todd's monologue feels incredibly special and like a direct message to his fans.
The film features a talented ensemble cast including Anna Lore (known for her roles in "All American"), Teo Briones (recognized from the series "Ratched"), Richard Harmon (notable for his role in "The 100"), Brec Bassinger (star of the series "Stargirl"), Kaitlyn Santa Juana ("The Flash"), Rya Kihlstedt ("Better Call Saul"), Owen Patrick Joyner ("Julie and the Phantoms"), Tinpo Lee ("The Manor"), and the iconic Tony Todd (legendary for his portrayal of Candyman in the "Candyman" films and his recurring presence in the "Final Destination" series).
