Final Ending Secrets in Death Stranding: Lou's Real Identity Outside Capsule
259Final Ending Secrets to the game Death Stranding by Kojima Productions. The ending of Death Stranding is very long has many flashbacks and multi-dimension travel that causes many people to get confused. By taking out certain long cutscenes and stitching together others, you can get a better understanding of what really happened. Although the game ended with Sam traveling to 2 weeks earlier before the Presidential inauguration, the real ending happened in a cutscene before that (and is the actual storyline later on in the timeline). In that cutscene, Sam Porter Bridges traveled to an incinerator with Lou in a BB capsule. Sam then proceeds to remove Lou from the capsule and then places his cufflinks on the incinerator instead. Sam Porter then becomes free from Chiral Network surveillance and he is free to live out his life with Louise (Lou is a girl). In essence, if there is a Death Stranding 2, it would follow the life of Louise growing up with Sam. Louise almost died, but because of Amelie/Bridget's intervention, Louise came back to life holding the Amelie's quipu. Note that Cliff and Lisa are the parents of Sam and Louise is Sam and Lucy's daughter. Louise (BB-28) has Sam's blood and repatriates along with Sam (inside his stomach) whenever Sam "dies". The baby inside Sam is not BB-1 because if you start a new game (before getting BB-28) and jump off a cliff, the baby inside Sam is a doll. Only after getting Louise do you see a baby (BB-28) inside Sam's stomach. Similarly, if a Gazer (lion/dolphin) eats Sam, anti-matter of Gazer touching Sam causes a void out and both Louise and Sam will repatriate (Louise in Sam's stomach). Louise was 28 weeks old and survived when Lucy died in the void out, and you can see Sam holding Louise in the very first trailer of Death Stranding (but she later disappears and you can see her small hand prints). Babies put in pods do not age, so all this time BB-28 didn't grow since Lucy's death. In the ending, Sam holds Louise and touches the picture of Lucy (meaning the whole family together again). The smudged face in the picture shown in the ending is Lucy (Louise's mother and Sam's girlfriend or wife). Alive Louise holds a quipu when out of the pod, meaning Amelie/Bridget sent Louise's Ka back into BB-28, so now she can survive outside the pod and really grow. If Death Stranding 2 is made, Louise will be grown up girl not in a pod anymore. Gameplay and cutscenes from PlayStation 4 Pro version of Death Stranding.
