I take this back, since Dragons spawn even in PRO. The thing is, you can always escape from them if you have to.
The most important unit that you should have is a TRUSTWORTHY Healer . Why? When Xande's about to die, he will cast an ability that reduces everyone's HP to 1.
Clearly, this'll be problematic if you're healer isn't capable.
Suggested healers: Refia (cause why not?), Garnet (ya need some Raise), Lenna (Curaja and Cheer, cheer being some sort of preventive measure: more def)

EDIT: After running it through, I think it should be stressed out that RAISE-USERS WILL BE EXTREMELY VALUABLE.

On the same case of Xande's unfair ability, another unit archetype would be very much utilized; this unit is... drumroll... the TRUSTWORTHY TANK. Cover types would be preferred, but Draw types are good as well as long as he/she can save lives like a fireperson he's good. How so? When you get to 25% HP, make sure your tank uses Provoke, WHY? This should be obvious by now, you want no one other than your tank being targeted, or if he covers for an AoE attack right after being destroyed by the Reduce to 1HP skill, that one person he saves will be the key to your survival (hopefully its your healer lol.... )

Another notable character archetypes are those PESKY (dragoons) JUMP USERS, why? CAUSE THEY CAN JUMP OVER THAT SKILL. Yeah they don't get affected by the skill when they jump, unless you timed it for the direct hit thatwouldbefunny

She has a HUGE BASE ATK AND SHE GETS 4MATERIA SLOTS now(at 6* of course, go on and level her). So there's that.
