In this video, I show you how I managed to figure out a way to beat Emerald Weapon.

Materia Used:
Cloud: Level 83
HP Plus (Maxed Out)
Enemy Skill (Big Guard)
Double Cut

Tifa (level 85)
HP Plus (Maxed Out)

W-item

Yuffie (Level 87)
Hp Plus (Maxed Out)
Mp Plus
MegaAll

Items:
Megalixirs (All I need)

Explanation:
The 3 Materia count saves me from Aire Tam Storm. I had everyone in Fury Status to get to my limits faster.
The reason I had W-Item equipped is for two purposes: To restock on Megalixirs And then use a phoenix down AND Megalixir right after just in case.

Make sure you use a megalixir every second turn and use your time wisely. Be quick, because if you falter even a bit, you need to get things back on track and fast.
