Let's continue on playing Final Fantasy 7 the original and explore the story!

Story So Far
After meeting up with Aeris/ Aerith, we headed further into the slums and we found Aeris/Aerith's house and met up with her mom. Aeris offered Cloud to take him to Sector 7 back at where Tifa's pub is. So Aeris asked her mom's permission to go to Sector 7. But Aeris's mom told them that they should head out tomorrow since it was getting late. So they offered Cloud to stay for the night.

Clous talked to Aeris's mom and notices that Cloud was from Soldier. The mom told Cloud to leave that night without letting Aeris know because of a sudden mention that him being a soldier would make Aeris sad. :(

What could have made Aeris sad with Soldier? Will Cloud be able to leave without telling Aeris?
