Second thing is raising the limit level, you can do it by synergy abilities, spending atb with actions or spells. My team was Cloud, Barret and Aerith, general tips for every fight. Cloud is the damage dealer, Barret has his limit first and Aerith takes it to give it back.
Cast Barrier or Manawall with Cloud at the start of each fight, put Radiant Ward and Arcane Ward after that and with Barret tank every enemy attack you can, also start with Turbulent Spirit, Steelskin, Lifesaver, Bonus Round and Maximum Fury. Timestamps for each fight below
