Welcome in for my first no commentary playthrough. This time we are going to be playing through Final Fantasy 7 Remake. FF7R is a complete reimagining of the original Final Fantasy 7 from 1997 on the PS1. I will be breaking the playthrough down into parts for easier enjoyment and creating an episodic feel to enjoy the story and all of the side missions.

Final Fantasy 7 Remake Chapter 1 The Destruction of Mako Reactor 1. We are first introduced to Barrett and his team of rebels known as Avalanche as they are on a mission to destroy Mako Reactor 1. Shortly in we are also introduced to our main character Cloud Strife as he makes his iconic entrance leaping off the train.

FF7R features an action combat system with hints of ATB actions. You will be able to switch between the characters in your party and take full control of them or just active their abilities for quick actions. This game features rich and beautiful environments that really bring the original concepts to life while also expanding on the locations and areas that were available before.
