Welcome to Part 4 of the Final Fantasy I Walkthrough

Let's head east to where the Giant's Cave is, and give the Star Ruby to that giant. The giant will let us pass through and then we will arrive to the Sage's Cave, who will give us an important item, the Earth Rod.

So yeah, you guessed it, time to go all the way back where we fought that Vampire in the Cave of Earth. FUCK!

After dealing with all those monsters and crying for uncounted battles, we can place this Earth Rod at the end of the corridor after defeating the Vampire, a stairs will appear and let's keep exploring.

After many fights, we finally get into a room where a big crystal is, however there is an orb blocking the way. One of the fiends appeared from that orb, that is our first battle with a fiend, The Earth Fiend, Lich. After defeating the fiend, we obtain the power of one of the crystals (Yay! three more to go)

We head back to Melmond to heal. Then get in our ship and head Southeast. After some sea and land traveling, the Warriors get into another town called Crescent Lake. Here we learn more about the story of the fiends and the Warriors of Light and also we get a canoe!

Let's get out of this town and head east, where we will find Mt. Gulg. So many battles in this dungeon, but at the end we find another orb, which contains the Fire Fiend, Marilith.

Then we head back to Crescent Lake, heal again and go to the next dungeon, which is the Cavern of Ice.
