Minwu is such a strong character at the beginning of the game.

It's easy to get lost, and this is one game where getting lost is ultra deadly, unless it isn't. I guess if you're trying to prove how dangerous it is, you'll be fine.

This is the first final fantasy that tries to make the game more plot driven with "interactive" dialogue and completely rearranges the leveling system by having only a skill or attribute increase if it's used. This makes logical sense, but has given the game a bit of a negative reputation for being quite different (as well as somewhat encouraging grinding) I think you can enjoy the game just playing through it though and increasing your stats with fights you're meant to just barely overcome.

This game originally didn't get released in NA until 2001 or so with remade graphics... then it got remade AGAIN about 10 years later for the PSP, so that tells me we're almost due for another remake of it soon. Maybe.
