Necron can be a problem.

I like to bring Quina with me for Angel Shack to quickly deal with his status attacks from Grand Cross. He can bring your health down to a single hot point with Blue Shockwave so a healer like Dagger or Eiko is needed to counter that and restore HP as quickly as possible.

Just be defensive and chip away at his health with fixed damage attacks like Frog Drop, Thievery and Dragon Breath. He will eventually fall.
