As mentioned before, we have to walk back out of the Cavern of Earth, hand over the Star Ruby to a hungry Titan (that, admittedly could squash us like bugs if we tried to make him move by force), and visit an old guy who immediately sends us back into the Cavern of Earth!

So we almost end up right back where we started. Literally.
