Story recap: Inside Easterly Falls lies the fourth lithograph, protected by water. After finding the lithograph, the party is ambushed by one of X-Death's minions from the N-zone. Before he can attack, however, Leviathan appears and wipes him out. Leviathan then challenges the party, and after testing their strength, lends his power to them as a summon.

At the top of Phoenix Tower, Reina finds her old dragon, reincarnated as a phoenix. He also joins the party as a summon.

After using the lithographs to obtain all of the sealed weapons from Kuza castle, there's nowhere left to go but the N-zone. Flying into the rift over Tycoon, the party finds themselves in a lurid mishmash of familiar-looking landscapes, including a time-stopped Mirage Village from 1000 years ago. X-Death's N-zone minions are ready for them, and have set up ambushes along the way.
