In this part, Lizo begins her quest to find all her friends before attacking Kefka. She finds Meteo, and the two of them save a helpless child. After this, Meteo joins Lizo's party.

Meteo and Lizo find Vangie, who now has EIGHT kids! Um...adopted kids, that is. Vangie can't join the party and help save the world because she's busy taking care of the children she loves. That's a pretty good reason.
