I've always loved this track. So mindblowing when you first hear it. Total despair in a dying world, with the lone piano symbolizing a very faint hope, and the scream of agony after it... It's strangely relaxing for a theme that makes you feel that you're the last person left alive on Earth. FFVI is such a masterpiece. I tried to make it resembling more the original at first, with organs & bells to keep that religious / divine feeling, but I didn't have the samples that would have done it justice. So I went another route. I hope you like it!
