Final Fantasy VI Pixel Remaster Episode 14: Unsealing the Esper Gate
4The time has come for Terra to face the future of her past and return to the place she was... Yeah, that's definitely the right way to say that :') In this episode of the Final Fantasy VI pixel remaster series, Terra heads off to the Sealed Gate to the Esper World with a few friends in tow to see if she can convince the espers to help fight against the Empire. And of course the cave that leads to it is full of undead fire monsters and lava and bridges that somehow disappear and reappear every few seconds, no one in the last decade or two thought to maybe pave a road and put up some defense turrets to hold back the monsters... Geez, this Empire sure doesn't think things through like they could, right?
Also, I'm not sure how the editing looks to other people in the part with the moving bridges. I cut out, like, two minutes of walking back to where I had fallen in over the course of that section and there weren't any important fights or talking in all that, but I'm not sure how I feel about it. Let me know in the comments if you have thoughts on it.
