There we go, getting to the big parts of Final Fantasy VI: fighting Kefka and messing with espers! Of course, we have to fight through a bunch of flunkies to even get to Kefka, but it's worth it to get to slap him around a bit (and get knocked out at him a bit, but we won't mention that...). Also, we're finally getting our first peak into the whole esper thing, and we get to see that Terra has some kind of connection to them, which is awesome!

Also, as I was editing I realized I wanted to clarify one thing and announce my findings on another: First, when I said I think of Gau as a half-character, what I meant was that not being able to control what he does after he uses a rage is very restricting, and at this point, not being able to use items to heal and revive allies removes a lot of what I want to be able to do with a character (and is why I don't like characters I can't control, which I've mentioned in a few series now). Second, Cyan's bushido USED to work by making you actively wait for a gauge to fill up to use different abilities which kept you from giving commands to other characters while the enemies still attacked (and allies you can't control, so Gau was probably a good pick with Cyan back then), but now you can select one of Cyan's bushido moves and he'll charge up the ability in the background instead of keeping you from giving commands to the rest of the team.

Okay, now that my thoughts on different characters are out of the way, I can finally stop typing XD
