Once you board the Blackjack outside Thamasa,you see a scene with Gesthal and Kefka outside the Sealed Gate. During this,a huge chunk of land breaks from the earth and starts flying above the sky! The 3 magical statues are right before Gesthal and Kefka,they must be stopped! I cut out getting my party set and equipped to save a bit of time,be aware though you can only bring 3 people with you for this part. Head for the Floating Continent and you'll get into a series of fights against the Empire's aerial attackers,weak to Bolt. Eventually you'll fight a boss. BOSS FIGHT: Ultros 4 and Chupon. Deal with Ultros the same way you have before,he shouldn't pose a threat at all at this point really. Chupon uses fire attacks,so I assume he's weak to Ice. You can't beat him though,after enough damage he uses Sneeze to eject the whole party off the ship,and into another fight. BOSS FIGHT: Air Force. Like the other mechanical enemies from earlier,weak to Bolt. Take out the Missiles Launcher and Laser to limit it's attack options. May send out a Speck that absorbs magic,but it has low HP so just kill it. Poses little threat once it's weapons are gone. You'll arrive at the Floating Continent once it's destroyed,and you'll find Shadow nearby,who joins you.
