In this part we make it to SHQ. You have two choices; the first is barging in through the front door while the second is taking stairs. Taking the stairs will bypass any fights until you actually enter the building but you will also pass up on the EXP that would give you.

There is an Elixer to be found in the stair well. Going in through the front means lots of battles but also EXP and Gil. You will also be able to pick up Turtle Paradise Flyer #2 sooner. You can still go up the stairs or back through the front no matter which you choose.

Do both to get the Elixer and the EXP/other stuff.
