The harbor at Junon isn't quite what was expected. It appears to be a run down dump of a place featuring polluted water. I'm sure everything was nice before the Shinra showed up and built their city above this beach without relocating the locals. On the bright side, the water does have things living in it! Nothing good, mind you... and that does include the dolphin!
