Before Cloud and company head to Junon Harbor, they're going to spend some time in the forests above Fort Condor to kill stuff and meet someone new. This grind is very optional, but it has been my experience that if I don't stop and grind here we won't see most of the limit breaks in the game. I'd like to show off all the Level 4 limit breaks, and without this grind everyone except for Cloud would be lucky to get into the Level 2 limit breaks. Cloud would have that problem also if I could punt him from the party.
