0The 62nd floor of Shinra HQ is where the Mayor resides. He'll give you the next keycard if you guess the word he's thinking off,and will give an elemental materia if you get it right the 1st time. Look for the books that are out of place in the library,the numbers refer to the letters to the password. It's random every time. Next floor,you can unlock 3 doors in the area. Open the ones I do and use the vents to get all 3 items in the area. The 64th floor is a rest and save floor,so take the chance to do so. 65th floor is a model of Midgar. You can find the pieces in the chests,but you can only open one chest at a time. Placing a piece opens the next chest. Open all the chests to get the next card. The party spies on a meeting on the 66th floor in a vent. The Shinra are apparently gonna use Aeris to find the Promised Land and build Neo-Midgar.
