Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade ~ Part 8 [Finale]
0Clearly someone at Square Enix thought it would be funny to turn Final Fantasy VII into a Shenmue-type game so here we are. I would rather play Shenmue or FFVII PS1 than this weird hybrid game though. Felt like there was so much worthless filler content and so much pointless fan service that simply alludes to iconic moments/more interesting things in the future. This game just feels so overly drawn out and much of the time purely for spectacle rather than being something actually enjoyable to play. As far as an RPG it just feels really dumbed down, and not a very interesting action game either. They also managed to turn Sephiroth into a lame villain somehow. I don't hate this game but really don't care for it, it's just a bit lame and the PS1 game is just far better (even the music), don't know why some of my favorite dialogue from that game was removed. Can't say I'm interested in playing the sequel but who knows, it will probably be a better game than this considering there will be an actual world to explore. Next is the Yuffie side story which is hopefully a bit more interesting.
