Part 44 - Battling the Optional Boss Lost Number and getting a new partner, Vincent.

Sorry about the sound in this part for that battle. I really can't explain what happened, but sound on the battle just decided to get a complete slowdown.
It's fixed after this video anyway.

Anyway, Lost Number is an optional and pretty powerful boss at this point.
It's starting form is not too powerful and only hits for a few hundred or so.
Once you deal enough damage to it, it will change form!
Now in this video you saw the orange/red form, which is the easy one, yet very strong!

The Orange/Red form is a magic form which takes less damage from magic and uses Bio/Bolt spells for 500-800 a spell. Big Guard and 2-3 limits and he's done for. Not too bad really.

Now if you're unlucky... He'll turn into the Purple crazy form!
Hope you saved before you tried to take this guy on.
The Purple form is EXTREMELY defensive against all physical attacks and even limits does almost no damage!
He's extremely fast in this form and can sometimes get 2-3 turns on you instantly.
Each of his attacks does about 800 physical damage which is no joke when he spams it.
Ontop of this, he also has an attack called Lost number which deals 2500-3000 damage!!!
Make sure you have Big Guard up and deal lots of damage fast with magic/summons!

Rewards for beating him are Summon Odin, Key to get Vincent as a party member and Cosmo Memory which is Red XIII's LVL 4 Limit.
