Continuing the Cactuar Nation sidequest, you can find Toumeya on Besaid Beach (7:25). Loberia is in Leblancs hidden chamber (32:35). Areq & Arroja are found at the junction between the Calm Lands, Mt. Gagazet & the Cavern of the Stolen Fayth (39:10). Islaya is found in the Thunder Plains near a cactuar stone (52:45). This is the last of the Cactuars that can be found in Chapter 3. The remainder cannot be found before Chapter 5.

After talking to Leblanc in Guadosalam, you can speak to Ormi & Logos to get access to the hidden chambers again (15:50). If you didn't get it previously, you can find Crimson Sphere 4 here (21:15). Head to Logo's room to get Logo's Sphere, Ormi's Sphere & Gaol Sphere (25:40), as well as the chance to speak to Machean again.

You can find Cid in the Thunder Plains again (43:45) where he will apologize to Yuna again. Finally, head to Mi'hen to start the Machina Mayhem! mission (1:01:43). Simply defeat at least 7 machina before the Al Bhed do to get a prize of 10,000 gil.
