Earth Eater: Not much to say here, just have Deathproof, and auto life if you don't have BHPL, and heal if/when necessary

Greater Sphere: Not hard either, just make sure you have over 95% health (47% with auto protect) for Hydraulic Press

Catastrophe: Ribbon makes you immune to all ailments

Th'uban: So this is lengthy since he has 3 million HP and auto counters with Condemn, which removes Auto-Life. He also has auto reflect on, and is the only enemy in the game that is immune to dispel. Make sure you cast Auto-Life before his turn every turn in case of his Convergance which will one-shot you (unless maybe you have shell?). Also Ribbon is required since Rainbow inflicts a lot of nasty statuses

Neslug: Don't be like me and forget Ribbon :P. Also, remember to dispel full break if he inflicts it on you.

Ultima Buster: Use ultima when his arms regenerate to kill the arms and head. If his head dies, he doesnt use inflict full break.
