I figured now was a good time to explore the Zertinan Caverns, and in a particular area you'll easily notice because of the jammed radar, you can find this guy!
Adrammelech is a flying enemy, so you'll need ranged abilities and weapons to hit it, preferably Ice-elemental to exploit its weakness.
The boss uses electric attacks, so you can try protecting yourself against those, but the Shambling Corpses that keep spawning will use various elemental attacks on your party.
It's possible to do this fight much earlier than I did, so I was probably overprepared for it.
